Bump and Beyond is a holistic birth and postpartum doula service, providing client-centered care to expectant parents helping to educate, empower and support you throughout pregnancy, birth and early postpartum. I provide tailored care and services specific to each client to meet your needs and wants throughout your journey, to ensure a positive transition into parenthood or when growing your family.

Having a doula essentially is like having someone on your team wanting the best outcome for you and your baby, with the ability to advocate on your behalf if needed. As your doula I will provide information and education to help prepare you for labour and birth. My aim is for all families is to walk away from their birth feeling positive and empowered by their experience.

I will become part of your postpartum village providing practical hands on support, so you feel nourished and nurtured, leaving you to rest and bond with your baby. Care is provided within your home allowing you to feel safe and comfortable within your own environment.
